The Kahuku Superette
Another great option is the Kahuku Superette, which serves up a wide variety of local favorites, including poke bowls, lau lau, and kalua pig. This is not one of the Kahuku food trucks, but rather, a physical store just off the side of the food court. The poke bowls, in particular, are a must-try, featuring fresh, raw fish that is marinated in a variety of different sauces and seasonings. The lau lau, a traditional Hawaiian dish made with steamed taro leaves and pork, is also a tasty option.

New! Seven Brothers Kahuku Marketplace
The new Seven Brothers store has opened in the old gas station building, and has a FANTASTIC bakery that sells amazing cookies and gelato. My favorite? The sea-salt chocolate chip!
New! Sunset Skates Hawaii Skate Park
This is not food, but it’s super awesome to see. An older building was converted into a skate park recently. The park is called Sunset Skates Hawaii and it is every north shore skater personified. A DIY ethos in paradise.
In addition to most of the kahuku food trucks, the court also features a number of other amenities, including picnic tables and seating areas where visitors can enjoy their meals. The food court also has a number of restrooms and a small gift shop selling Hawaiian-themed souvenirs.
